Vallourec has two industrial sites and the main R&D center in France serving all of the Group\u2019s markets. The Group\u2019s head office and the cross-functional departments, which are responsible for business development, innovation, strategy and industrial performance, are located in France too.

About 50 years ago, French Vallourec teams designed VAM\u00ae<\/sup>, the first premium OCTG connection. Today, the Group relies on a center of excellence comprising ONE R&D expertise, a test station and test units in Aulnoye-Aymeries to develop new products for its customers worldwide, particularly in new energies: geothermal, hydrogen storage and carbon sequestration.<\/p>


The Group\u2019s pioneering spirit is also visible in the teams in charge of developing our new service offering equipped with the latest digital technologies and supporting the 4.0 development of our industrial footprint.<\/p>


In Aulnoye-Aymerie, Vallourec Oil & Gas France operates a threading plant, where premium OCTG connections are produced and has the Group\u2019s first dope-free connection Cleanwell<\/a>\u00ae<\/sup> industrial line.<\/p>


Besides, in this site we also manufacture accessories and provide services for oil and gas companies.<\/p>


VAM\u00ae<\/sup> Services design calibration tools for VAM\u00ae<\/sup> network licensees worldwide.<\/p>

This footprint is supplemented by specialized industrial and commercial units for mechanical tubes (Forge PFP\u00ae<\/sup>), offshore umbilical tubes (Vallourec Umbilicals) and shaped seamless tubes (Forge PFP\u00ae<\/sup>) markets.<\/p>


Finally, the site is developing additive manufacturing technology, and today boasts 4 industrial 3D printing robots capable of creating large, complex, customized parts for a wide range of industrial applications in the energy and transport markets.<\/p>

The Aulnoye-Aymeries site also includes a PFP\u00ae forge that delivers tubes for the mechanicals (cranes, hydraulic cylinders, agricultural machinery, OCTG mechanical parts, etc.), automotive, and construction (bridges, stadiums, offshore lifting platforms, airport terminals, exhibition halls, etc.) markets.<\/p>


Serimax<\/a>, the Vallourec\u2019s subsidiary offering integrated premium welding solutions for offshore and onshore pipelines, operated three centers in France to develop its offerings.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
